Lakeview Estates visit 8/29/08. Insulation has started. Rough electrical complete and passed inspection. Ducts and returns are highlighted in the pictures. HVAC setup will exceed code on a number of areas to increase energy
efficiency; for instance all ducts are wrapped with R-8 insulation. Can light locations and some of the plumbing are also highlighted. Note the huge gas fireplace. Insulation will start in earnest next week followed by drywall.
